AllPro Home Health Administrator Adam Pacyga is passionate about his company and the services it provides. The Medicare-certified home health agency, licensed by the state of Florida for patients in Charlotte, Sarasota, and Lee counties, specializes in skilled nursing; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; certified nursing assistants, and medical social work.
Adam has had more than 18 years of experience in home health care administration, both in Illinois and Southwest Florida. He operated in Englewood from late 2003 until opening his current Port Charlotte office at 995 Tamiami Trail in April 2008.
Adam's mother Annette is the Director of Nursing at AllPro. She started a home health company in the 1990s when Adam was just out of college and offered him a job. Adam started part-time and worked his way up to business manager, marketing liaison, and then administrator. The two have been working together ever since.

Annette Pacyga
|
Annette Pacyga, Director of Nursing, is Administrator Adam Pacyga's mother. Annette started a home health company in the 1990s, offering her son a part-time position just out of college. Adam, a union carpenter on the side, who also painted cars in an auto shop, credits his mom with providing him the opportunity to work his way up to business manager, marketing liaison, and ultimately, Administrator of the agency. The mother-son team have been working together ever since. Annette and her husband Dan reside in Punta Gorda, Fla.

Ron Edelheiser
|
Ron Edelheiser is a Florida-licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. He was previously employed at Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Punta Gorda in the cardiac unit. Ron has been with AllPro since August 2009 and is currently enrolled in college in a Registered Nursing program. Ron and his wife Sandy currently reside in Rotonda West, Fla.

Sandy Edelheiser

Sandy Edelheiser is an RN and has been working with AllPro Home Health for three years. She graduated Registered Nursing school in May 2012. Sandy will be pursuing her National Wound Care certificate and then moving on to her BS degree in nursing. Sandy and her husband Ron currently reside in Rotonda West, Fla.

Patricia Gilchrist

Patricia (Tricia) Gilchrist, LCSW, has been a Medical Social Worker with AllPro since March 2009. Tricia has received extensive training and experience in Medical Social Work in a hospital setting, specializing in substance abuse, domestic violence and mental health counseling. She is a 1983 graduate of the State University of New York in Albany. Tricia moved to Florida in 1989, and has been in Charlote County since 1999.

Sherry Mearns

Sherry Mearns is the Business Development Director of AllPro Home Health, serving as a liaison between medical professionals and patients and coordinating home care and community activities. Sherry has been with AllPro since November 2007, and has extensive experience in public relations as the former health editor of Feeling Fit at The Sun Newspapers, as well as having served in numerous other editorial capacities at the daily newspaper.
