Our Services

Home care usually begins within 24 hours of referral by either your physician, a family member or a case manager. Your physician, together with our nurses, provide an "individualized plan of care" designed to help you reach your goals and maintain your independence. Regular monitoring by our staff ensures a safe and speedy recovery.

Our Registered Nurses
provide skilled nursing care and work directly with physicians (and families) so patients can have the best care possible.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care under the supervision of a registered nurse to help the patient with personal hygiene, bathing and the essential activites of daily living.

Our Physical Therapists
provide instruction in rehabilitative and therapeutic exercise techniques along with infrared light therapy and electrical stimulation.

Our Occupational Therapists
develop programs for comfortable exercise and programs for the use of adapted equipment, orthotics and architectural barrier evaluation - all geared toward increasing the patient's ability to carry out normal day to day activities.

Our Speech and Language Pathologists
provide care to patients with speech impairments and swallowing disorders.

Our Medical Social Workers
provide counseling directly to families and patients to help them deal with the social, financial, psychological or emotional stress that may be associated with the patient's illness. They are also able to identify many resources in the community that can be useful to patients and their families.
